design work, permits, disposal, licensed sub-contractors, materials, fixtures, finishes, etc. etc.!

One of my favorite movie scenes as a child was from It’s a Wonderful Life.
It was when Mary bought that old run down house and then turned it into their home. Since then I’ve always seen the potential in every aspect of a home.
I see how spaces can be redefined, transformed or simply updated.
