Savory Homes is truly all-inclusive. Every proposal covers design, permits, materials, fixtures, finishes, and every licensed trade your project requires, all under one roof, managed by one team.
This is what allows us to keep quality consistent, communication clear, and your project running smoothly from start to finish.

We know you may have talented, trusted people in your world who would love to jump in and help, and we think that's wonderful. But, after many years of doing this, we've found that keeping everything in-house is truly what's best for everyone. For that reason, we aren't able to bring in outside contractors, even friends or family in the trades. It's something we're always upfront about from the very first conversation.
